Athirah Asnizar was called to the Bar in January 2025.
She commenced her legal career by reading in the chambers of Thomas Philip and was subsequently retained as an Associate, where she gained experience in construction and commercial disputes, including adjudication proceedings under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA), arbitration and litigation.
As an Assocaiate of Lope Maizura, her current practice encompasses a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters, including shareholder disputes, contractual and commercial claims, insolvency, debt recovery, injunction proceedings and land-related dispute.
