Raja Saidatul Akhma read law at University of Wales Aberystwyth United Kingdom and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in March 1999. With 25 years of litigation and corporate experience, she stands as a seasoned and distinguished legal practitioner.

Trained as a litigator at one of the country's largest law firms, Raja Saidatul also gained valuable experience as an in-house legal counsel for the Master Developer of Iskandar Malaysia. As a senior civil litigator, she specializes in civil, corporate, construction, and land matters, handling contentious cases in Subordinate Courts up to the Court of Appeal as well as the Federal Court. Her diverse clientele includes entities in the banking and finance industry, government-linked companies, private companies and individuals.

Raja Saidatul's extensive experience as a corporate litigator enhances her effectiveness as a corporate advisor. She has played a key role in structuring and negotiating corporate transactions, joint ventures, and collaborations with both local and international partners.
